Rachel + John's Engagement Session

I met Rachel through our online fitness community and i’m so grateful for it! I’d been following her journey to better health since I joined and I’m so inspired by her motivation and willingness to show up everyday for herself and the other girls in our group.

When she slid into my DMs back in March asking if I was available to take her and her fiancé’s engagement photos I was over the moon excited!

Rachel and John’s location choice was a spot that I’d been dying to shoot at for a while now. The Delray Oak’s Natural Area was the perfect spot for their engagement sesh!

This babe was so worried that they were gonna look and feel super awkward, but I shut that down real quick. I let her know that once we got started it would just be like a couple of friends hangin out. As you can see, they’re clearly naturals in front of the camera!

I mean, seriously, how adorable are they??

We found a few dandelions and had a little fun with them!

BRB - I’m swooning!

We bonded over our love for Star Wars and all things nerd! Followed by us reciting multiple quotes from Shrek. Which had us all in stitches and definitely evoked some eye rolls from my hubs.

One of my favorite things to do with my couples is to have them practice their first dance as if it was their wedding day.

Rachel and John did not disappoint! Just peep these pretty little spins ;)
